WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THIS PROGRAM
- O Programa inicia-se em setembro de 2024 e nos primeiros 12 meses (em modelo híbrido) trabalharás em áreas core do negócio e operações da SIBS.
- We will establish with you a Personal Development Plan, where you will receive training in soft skills and technical knowledge, tailored to your role and expectations.
- Throughout the Program, you will benefit from ongoing support from the Human Resources team, from a Mentor and a Buddy.
- You will participate in the START Program, a Cross-Innovation project where you will be in contact with various areas and structures of the company and develop skills for launching innovation projects in corporate contexts.
- You can start laying the foundations for an international career, with integration into one of the following areas:
